Contact sales

Once the hours beyond a plan cost more than the plan itself, a published price stops being the cheapest way to buy transcription. Enterprise agreements are priced against your volume and your commitment, and carry the guarantees, concurrency and deployment options a published plan cannot.

  • Enterprise SLAs. Uptime and turnaround guaranteed in writing, at the level mission-critical workloads are held to.

  • Dedicated support. Priority access to the engineers who built the models, with response times and onboarding agreed up front.

  • Enterprise-grade security. GDPR compliant and ISO 27001 certified, with SOC 2 Type II in progress. End-to-end encryption throughout.

  • Unlimited concurrency. No ceiling on parallel jobs. The infrastructure holds its speed under a backlog, not just under a trickle.

  • Volume discounts. Rates that fall as the hours climb, set against your usage and the length of the commitment.

  • Private cloud and on-premise. Run the models inside your own environment, where the audio never leaves your infrastructure at all.

How do I buy one of these plans?

Basic, Standard and Pro are self-serve: sign in, pick the plan and pay by card. Nothing to negotiate and no contract to sign. Enterprise is the exception — talk to sales and we will draft an agreement around your volume, your deployment and the guarantees you need.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. The first 10 minutes of transcription are free, with no credit card and no signup. That is enough to run a real file of your own through the models and judge the output rather than the marketing. The API is metered in money rather than minutes, so a new API account opens with €10 of credit instead.

What happens if I go over my included hours?

Nothing stops. Hours beyond your plan are billed at €5 per hour on top of the subscription, and the transcription runs as normal. If you are consistently going over, the next plan up is usually cheaper than the overage — the calculator on this page works out where the crossover falls for your volume.

What happens to hours I do not use?

Hours bought pay-as-you-go stay in your account and never expire. Subscription hours roll over from month to month for as long as the subscription is active; when it lapses, the unused balance goes with it.

If I pay for a year up front, how many hours do I get?

All of them, immediately. A yearly subscription is billed as ten months and allocates twelve, so Pro at 100 hours a month puts 1,200 hours in your account the day you pay, to use across the next twelve months at whatever pace suits you. Beyond that, extra hours are €5 per hour as usual.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. Rates fall as the hours climb, set against your usage and the length of the commitment. If you are planning to push large volumes through the API, talk to sales before you pick a plan.

What does the API cost?

The async Speech-to-Text API is pay as you go at €0.17 per hour of audio, and every new account opens with €10 of credit — around 58 hours — so you can build against it before you pay anything. Audio Intelligence — summaries, chapters, topics, sentiment and PII redaction — is metered separately by token, at €0.60 per million input tokens and €2.30 per million output tokens, and is billed on top of the transcription it runs on. Neither carries a subscription or a minimum: you pay for what you send. Volume pricing is available for sustained throughput.
