We strive to offer extensive language support, currently encompassing the following languages and formats.
Hours purchased through the pay-as-you-go system will remain in your account and will not expire, even if unused.
If you have a subscription, any unused hours will be carried over to the following month until your subscription expires. After your subscription expires, any unused hours will no longer be available.
If you purchase a plan for a year in advance, your monthly hours will be allocated for the entire year upfront.
For instance, if you opt for the Pro plan with 50 monthly hours and pay for it in advance for a year, you will immediately receive 600 hours in your account for the next 12 months after payment.
If you finish using the 600 hours before the end of 12 months, you will be charged 2 EUR per hour for any additional hours used based on your subscription.
