Reflecting on 3 years of Vatis Tech

It's been three years since we started Vatis Tech on a night at the Innovation Labs Hackathon, where we wrote the first lines of code.

Three years later, our speech-to-text technology is transforming the way people work and communicate. With over 95% accuracy rate for the Romanian language, we are making communication faster, more accurate, and more accessible.

What an incredible journey it has been! We are delighted to celebrate this anniversary and reflect on our progress over the years from different perspectives.

The Customers' Perspective

We are proud of our impact on our customers' lives and businesses. Our speech-to-text technology has helped people to save time, optimize costs, generate new sources of revenue, and make it easier for everyone to transcribe their audio content.

Over the past three years, we have received numerous testimonials from our clients attesting to the quality of our technology and its effectiveness. We've managed to keep up with our customer's expectations with a state of the art technology in the speech-to-text industry.

Our customers appreciate the accuracy and speed of our speech-to-text platform and have saved time and money by using our service.

The Financial Perspective

We celebrate our birthday with a wonderful present. Today we reached 100.000 EUR in ARR with an incredible QoQ growth rate of over 50%.

We are also thrilled with the revenue growth we've experienced over the past year.

Our innovative speech-to-text technology has attracted a significant number of clients, and we've seen steady revenue growth as a result.

Today dozens of clients use our technology from different sectors like media and broadcasting, podcasting, medical, legal, call centers, public administration, or even essential governmental institutions.

Moreover, we've raised two investment rounds in a total amount of 850.000 EUR from Early Game Ventures, Sparking Capital, Mălin Stefanescu, and a group of angels.

These funds have allowed us to invest in our technology and expand our team. As a result, we've hired more talented individuals to help us improve our technology.

The Team Perspective

Our success would not have been possible without our team's hard work and dedication. I am proud of the incredible talent we have assembled and grateful for the passion and commitment each of our team members brings to their work.

During the last year, our team has grown from 3 people to 7 people in the product team. We've also developed our internal labeling team, formed today by over 20 freelancers, which helps us build on the largest speech dataset for the Romanian language that contains tens of thousands of hours of audio.

As we look to the future, I am confident that we will continue to innovate and push the boundaries of what is possible in our field. We will continue to invest in research and development and stay at the forefront of emerging trends and technologies.

Our anniversary is a time to celebrate our success and reflect on our journey and the lessons we have learned along the way.
